We work with trusted courier partners to ensure safe and timely delivery. However, STRYK MOODO is not responsible for delays caused by courier service disruptions, weather conditions, government restrictions, or incorrect shipping details provided by the customer.
If an incorrect or incomplete address is provided, delivery may fail or be delayed. Additional charges may apply for re-shipping. Our courier partners may attempt delivery multiple times. If delivery fails due to customer unavailability or incorrect details, the order may be returned to us. Re-shipping may incur additional charges.
COD is available on select locations. A nominal COD fee may be applied at checkout. STRYK MOODO reserves the right to disable COD for certain users or locations, and restrict COD in case of repeated order refusals.
If you receive a package that appears tampered or damaged: do not accept the package if visibly compromised. If accepted, report within 48 hours of delivery. Please share photos of packaging, product images, and unboxing video (if available).
