We offer a 15-day return and exchange policy from the date of delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original packaging with all tags intact.
For hygiene reasons, innerwear, socks, and accessories are not eligible for returns or exchanges. Items purchased during a clearance sale are also final sale.
Need a different size? We offer one free exchange per order. Simply initiate an exchange request through your profile dashboard, and we'll arrange a reverse pickup.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed to your original method of payment within 5-7 business days.
